With more and more businesses basing themselves out of the home, it can often be challenging to find a professional, cost-effective space to meet with clients, conduct interviews, or hold small conferences. We have a solution.

Located on the corner of Victoria and 1st Street in beautiful Downtown Kamloops, Adroit Technologies is proud to welcome you to our 10th-floor office in the Cornerstone building adjacent to the BCLC compound. Our offices are tastefully decorated in professional decor and allow privacy and separation between our employees and the common spaces surrounding the meeting room, enabling you to conduct your business in a quiet and private setting that meets even the highest standards.

Our boardroom is positioned at the front of our office, allowing you and your guests to freely come and go as you please. (Your belongings and setup will be safe to keep here if you have other business Downtown.)

Additional spaces are available for rent with your meeting room, full workstations in our coworking setup, teleconference equipment including cameras and sound, and in-person conference space with tables and seating available up to 20 people. Use of our kitchenette, fridge, coffee station is included in all rentals.

Meeting Room Rental Rates

$25/Hour | Minimum Charge
$50 | Half Day (9am-1pm OR 1pm-5pm)
$100 | Full Day (9am-1pm)
$50/Hour | Before 9am or After 5pm

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please be aware of our policy:

If you cancel your reservation 1 business day (the business day before) in advance of the booking, there are no fees or penalties.
If you are cancelling your reservation the day of, there will be a $10 processing fee billed out or applied to your next booking.
