Marketing Manager

• Starting Wage based on Experience
• Medical / Dental Benefits available after 3 months
• Subject to 3 month probationary period and achievement of 3 month goals
• Permanent / Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Primarily between Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Overtime opportunities as they present themselves for working early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed


Responsible for accomplishing managed marketing tasks for applicable clients as well as internally. This
includes creating clear & attainable objectives, building project requirements, managing the constraints of
the cost, time & scope and insuring the quality of the project execution and workmanship.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage internal branding and marketing
• Manage external client marketing portfolios
• Manage and/or delegate content curation and post scheduling for all social media channels (for clients & internally)
• Implement and manage strategic social campaigns through paid mediums (for clients & internally)
• Creation of internal documentation and/or content
• Content creation for applicable clients
• Manage internal departmental budget
• Manage external client budgets
• Provide strategic recommendations for external clients based on marketing goals
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Provide regular reporting and evaluate external client performance goals
• Provide quotes, proposals & professional presentations for sales opportunities
• Attend community events and networking events upon request
• Communicate with other staff as needed to insure tasks are being completed & accounts are kept current
• Define project scopes and deadlines for clients & staff
• Manage internal and client-related data in AutoTask
• Assist clients with a professional & friendly demeanor to ensure that they feel comfortable and welcome to bring their technology concerns & opportunities to ATWS
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to information being processed, stored or accessed
• Create & implement departmental procedures and policies
• General communication with management team
• Staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends
• Other projects and tasks as required

Required Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills
• Superior communication skills with a strong focus on professional writing
• Strong knowledge of the marketing and communication industry as well as emerging trends
• Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, and owns a reliable vehicle for travel as required
• Works well with others
• Extensive knowledge of digital advertising mediums (Facebook, Google AdWords etc.)
• Superior knowledge of social media tools and strategies
• Superior knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital remarketing
• A good eye for both UI (user interface) & UX (user experience)
• Creative mind with fresh marketing ideas & strategies
• Positive & ambitious attitude
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of E-marketing and webbased communication tools (Slack, Survey Monkey, Canva, iStockPhoto, Getty, etc.)
• Experience or knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress is considered an asset
• Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software is considered an asset


Travel Availability:
Employee must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable form of transportation for local and regional travel (travel allowance provided).
Preferred Credentials:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism (or other related field) from an accredited college or university with 2+ years of related work experience
• Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certification
• Other digital and marketing certifications are considered assets
Working Conditions:
Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Work can be primarily sedentary in nature. Employee should have good vision as they will be performing almost all of their work on a computer. Employee may be working in close proximity to other staff and clients. Travel and working in many different locations is also a component of this position. Must have a reliable form of transportation for local and regional travel with a travel allowance.
